Posted February 26, 2020 i bought i new nvme drive for my pc and when i installed it it won’t boot. i tried changing sata ports for my other 2 drivers as well as trying to start the pc again without the nvme drive and it won’t boot. my pc specs are ryzen 2700x 16gb 3200mhz ddr4 msi b-450 pro carbon gtx 1060 1tb hard drive 250mb nvme 500mb ssd dont know what to do and when explain make it easy caz i’m dyslexic Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... Posted February 26, 2020 WIll the PC not turn on? Or will the PC not boot from the NVME? I build computers and networks. Fibre Optic is my only dream imaginable. Posted February 28, 2020 from your mainboard manual. * PCI_E2, PCI_E3, PCI_E4 and PCI_E5 slots will be unavailable when installing M.2 PCIe SSD in M2_2 slot. * SATA5 and SATA6 ports will be unavailable when installing a M.2 device in M2_1 slot you have not listed what pcie port, m.2 port or sata ports you are using. please specify Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
