Do you feel you need an upgrade? You aren't getting *that* much more performance with either card (considering how much you're spending on it).

The difference between these two graphics cards is that the Radeon one could be a little more unstable and give you more problems,

while the RTX 2070 Super has a higher price but is more stable (from my experience, my RTX 2070 Gaming Z never gave me any problems) and gives circa +10 fps in 1080p.

Man you have a 1660 Ti and you want to upgrade at this worst possible time to upgrade at the end of a generation and with extremely powerful consoles coming in 8 months? If you had a GTX 660 or something I could understand but with a 1660 Ti in hand no way I would buy anything before Nvidia's 7nm cards are out.
