Dark souls 3 issues

Hey, I'm sorry in advanced i wasn't sure where to post this.

 

Recently i've been trying to play dark souls 3, but most of the time the game crashes to the desktop, when I boot up the game, the game freezes, (white screen, window not responding) my cpu usage for the game is at 0, which i assume why it's happenening, but i think that happens on any programs not responding, i've reinstalled it, i've moved it from ssd to hdd and back, nothing changes, i've changed settings in nvidia control panel, i've also optimized the game, i've made the graphics all low, same results as max, not really sure what else to do.
