Need help to decide which GPU to buy.

Hello, I want to upgrade my gtx 970. My goal is to be able to play new games (Metro exodus, bl3) on high settings with at least 60-90 fps on FULL HD.

My CPU is i7 7700k. Any advice on what Card will fit my needs?

What is your budget? a GTX 1660 or 1660 Ti will give you your desired fps. 

I build computers and networks. Fibre Optic is my only dream imaginable. 

Studying for my CompTIA A+ and my CCNA, if you have any tips, let me know please!

I just upgraded my GPU and have this one for sale on ebay if you decide to go that route. I can confirm that BL3 would run at 60fps+!

no particular budget but i also dont want to overpay for performance i wont need.

I have been looking at the rtx 2070 supers myself after seeing Linus's video on the comparison of the different cards at different price ranges.
