12v 4pin to 5v 3 pin

Is there anyway at all I can add a single 5v 3 pin rgb header to my Asus prime x470 pro motherboard, even if it's through a pcie slot. (this motherboard only has 2 4pin 12v headers)

no you generally can't add extra power headers to a board.

though you could use a add on card I think

5v 3-pin LEDs are individually addressable so you would need a actual controller.  What are you trying to power because there may be a USB or standalone solution?

An ezDIY fab Fanhub which has 4 fans connected and is sata powered

Ive got a ezdiy fab fanhub with 4 fans connected, the hub is sata powered
