Plug Mic into Guitar Amp with Guitar

Can you plug a mic into a Guitar amp with a Guitar also plugged in as well? Like a 3.5mm mic or something

I dont see any reason why you wouldnt be able to, you would need a 3.5mil to quarter inch as thats what amps use

But with my specific amp I'm buying I'd have to use the Phono Amp port so why not get a 3.5mm mic and plug it into the headphone port because if I could plug it into the Phono port I'd just get a Shure PGA48, XLR cable and adapter

The headphone port is an output but for the mic you'll need an input.

You could plug a Mic with a 1/4" connector in with a guitar using a Y cable, but guitar amps do not have Mic preamps.  They have very different output voltages so the guitar will be significantly louder than the Mic.  It would also sound terrible guitar amps have a very different frequency response than your typical speaker.
