High Ping with relativly fast Internet

Wooden_Jelly72

So, I have a problem with my ping whenever I try to game. I get about 200+ ping, even though my Internet is relativly fast. For german standart, I get about 50mbit down and 10mbit up.

Has someone expirienced similar and has a solution for this?

You would need to run a route trace to find out where the ping increase is happening, I have no clue how to do that on a Phone though.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

The speedtest results you posted show 13ms ping, which is entirely normal so it's unlikely an issue with your network or anything you can control.

If you're getting 200ms ping in the game you're playing then it's either a problem with the game server host or it's simply located far away. You might be connected to US or Asian servers, especially if you're playing in off-peak periods or playing in games with friends from another country.

What game is it?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Sorry I had to take a photo of my screen. And sorry for it is German. I ran the trace to Google for testing. I can also show the Ping test to the Fortnite Servers if you want.
