No gpu fan rpm shown...

So I bought new gpu inoo3d gtx 1650 super twin x2 oc, but I have noticed it doesn't show fan rpm, only in %, have Tryed msi afterburner, gpu-z, hw monitor, furmark test and even inoos own software but none of them shows gpu rpm speed, only in % its shown. 

 

 

In furmark its 48-50% in full Load

 

Temps are ok 62-65c in gaming/tests, card preforms as it should. 

 

 

Is it a driver/gpu bios bug or gpu is faulty?
