Can't Install Windows

I have and old laptop I was upgrading it from Windows 8.1 to 10 then this error popped out

 

 

I can't boot to the old install. I have formatted it.

I have no idea what you're using to begin with. But you can either burn your own CD, make a bootable USB, or get an official install disk of some sort

I was using an usb stick

You need to REMAKE the Install media once you format that drive again.
Something was corrupted,.. wipe and retry.
