Hey I just did a fresh installation on Windows 7 and installed Chipset Driver NVIDIA Driver etc and Device Manager keeps saying Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller is Missing and I wanted to know if there is any possible way to fix it? IDK if this matters.

IIRC AMD don't really support Ryzen systems running Windows 7 and third party drivers for such a modern system running such an old OS pretty much don't exist either. Your computer needs Windows 10 to run properly.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Samsung 970 Evo 500GB NVMe | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Windows 10 Pro X64 |

Server:-

Raspberry Pi 4 Model B running OMV Arrakis and an 8TB Seagate USB 3.0 external HDD

Windows 7 does not support USB 3.x natively.

You need drivers for that. If non are available then you are stuck to use USB 2.0, until you upgrade to Windows 10

You can looking for the driver by using Vendor ID and Device ID. Use Device Hunt or The PCI ID Repository Or USB ID Database (the sz development). They have guides.

Or use for this a software updating drivers. But it is not recommended.
