I need help building a portable pc.

fishingbrick

This is going to be my first pc build, and it's very ambitious for me. I'm a student and I love to do modded minecraft, as it's one of the most creative things I've ever encountered.
My location is Beaverton, OR, and my budget is $500 (Willing to stretch it more if need be). I'm planning on getting most of my parts used, as I don't have a big budget. For a monitor, a small monitor would be better, and the resolution of course 1080p. The most important thing is portability, as I need it to be somewhat lightweight, as I don't have any technology at school, and I would need to bring it to school. I was thinking of using a Velka 3, but I can't find it anywhere. So, please, please help me out as I am struggling on how to do this build. (Graphics card does not matter that much, as I am using this for modded minecraft, and warthunder.)

Do your you have access to a non portable monitor first? I would recommend a USB monitor for portability but you have to install Windows before you use it, and you can't use it in the BIOS because it's entirely software based.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

make sure you quote us so we see your responses

you'll need that monitor to install windows, then you can use a portable USB monitor

I highly suggest a used RX 470 or 570 for this build, they go for like $70 on eBay.
