Thermal paste leaked from the side a bit

I just want to know if this would be safe to just leave or if it is better to remove the paste that leaked from the side in the picture? The thermal paste is Arctic MX-4 it's non conductive so I would assume its not a big deal to leave it.

Should be fine but if you can easily get a cloth in there without removing the cooler you can wipe the excess off.
