Is it possible to set up a macro to refresh any page?

Recommended Posts

Just bind a mouse key to F5.

If you're referring to a looping macro:
You'll need to switch to advanced mode in iCue to get access to repetition.

Is it possible to do this with iCue? I like it on my chromebook, and I'd like it on my desktop.

So you have a bunch of Google Chrome tabs and want to refresh all at once? Looks like this should have that functionality, even under a shortcut (not sure if it will be the same shortcut on Chromebook):

No, just the page I'm on. Chromebooks have a button on the keyboard that refreshes the page your on. I like the convenience of this... that probably makes me lazy but idc

Like.. F5?

You can surely bind a key/button via iCUE to F5

Most browsers refresh the page you're on when you press F5 which is at the same position as the refresh key on most chromebooks in my experience

I didn't know that. I feel like an idiot who doesn't know how to use a computer now.

Most browsers do that, usually F5 on the keyboard will refresh the page you are on.

Additionally, for laptops and keyboards that don't have the F-row you can also use Ctrl+r to reload the page. Not as easy as a single button but convenient if you are typing so you don't have to reach for F5 (or if you don't have it at all).
