A problem with my Registry editor

Hello, I have had a problem recently with my Alien ware laptop preforming like crap. And there was a you tube video saying you need to look at your Policy manager, but my computer says it basically doesn't exist. Can anyone help me?

You're in the wrong location. 

 

Video goes to HKLM:Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager

 

You're looking in HKLM:Software\Policies

Make sure to backup your registry before changing anything... especially if you're unexperienced with it and what each keys usage is actually for.
