Has anyone used the ASUS RMA website?

Hey guys! I am trying to RMA my ASUS mobo on there website and there is some interesting thing going on. On the 1 hand the website says

Connection failed. On the other hand they warn

...(on the bottom line) Only press the submit button Once.

My question is, is the connection issue a known issue but the page HAS BEEN SUBMITTED and there trying to prevent multiple submissions of the same thing, or if it actually did not go thru?

 

 

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

 

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.
