CM GX 650W,any good?

frozensun

Hey friends.

Since I lost a job due to my illness I can not afford new PSU, but I'm curious to know is GX 650W a bad PSU...

It's currently installed in my second PC with really precious Rampage V Extreme,I worked on that PC a little, gamed a bit and so far everything is stable.

Maybe if someone suggests I could check with some program voltages or smth if you need, and you tell me if everything is okay.

PSU is purchased used, since I didn't have money for new one.

But I'm so anxious because this is quite old model that in some day could fry either my MoBo or GPU.

I could return to R7 370 instead of R9 390 which I installed lately, and in that way save at least R9 390,but my worst fear if it could damage the MoBo,because it's the most expensive component in that PC.

Currenly here in Europe prices are sky high and for a decent lets say gold rated PSU I need at least 150 euros.

This is the model of the PSU so any experience and thoughts about above and appreciated:

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

Is there some kind of PSU tester, like full load on it,to check if it will fail or not?

Or if you guys want I can picture the voltages and send the screenshot.

Tier list doesn't mean much to me,since even the most expensive PSU can fail within 6 months (so I read on Amazon reviews).

So it's pointless...
