5700xt freezes on my PC but not on another?

Hi, 

i have strix 5700xt, i7 9700k, asus prime z390 and seasonic focus 650w gold.

 

my PC freezes randomly and i lose display which requires hard reset. 

tried rtx card it worked fine, tried the 5700xt on another computer in thr hardware store also worked fine? 

 

what could be the issue.

DDU, then clean install the driver. I have problem with 20.2.1 driver. 20.1.3 is stable/no crash for my system.

maybe it's a dumb question but.. before installing did you remove all previous drivers? or it's a clean new install?

you said you tried an RTX card, so Nvidia drivers were installed?

yes of course

maybe chipset driver?, might be a bios, but that's usually just cpu support, but check.
