For work stuff Google Hangouts, Discord for everything else.

I mainly use discord, because of the frequent updates/improvements and the majority of people who I play with use it.

Which one you use depends on who your talking to and what they have.

 

I use discord, skype, hangouts, and telegram depending on who i need to chat with.

 

I mean its not like you can only have one.
