Any room left to overclock? (450 of 550 watts used)

I am building a PC that uses a Cooler Master MWE Gold 550 watt PSU on a system that uses 450 to 460 watts of power, and was wondering about how much room that leaves me for overclocking of my rx 5700, 2700x and such. Thanks!

How do you figure you have used 450w of power?  A power meter connected to the PSU?  Cos that's a very high power draw for those components.

If that's accurate you don't have much to work with.

Wattage demand can ramp up in a hurry once the OC'ing starts.
