HHD Active Time 100%

i get write errors on steam ,

i tried to format my HDD it wouldn't move at all.

i get this constantly , idk what to do? do i need to buy a new hard drive?

4TB Seagate HDD , Bought 2 Months ago.

Is your BCLK anything other than 100 in BIOS?

In your BIOS, usually under the CPU overclocking page if it exists.

BCLK 100 is default, so you're good there.  I only had this error on 2 separate drives when my BCLK wasn't 100.

100% active time but 0s for read/write sounds like a dead drive to me. Try to find if it is spinning by listening to it or touching it to feel for vibrations. If it's pegged at 100% and spinning you'll be able to tell easily.

i only got it two months ago? does this mean i got a faulty product?

It could mean that yeah. Check with Seagate to see if they can replace it for you.

Check the  processes tab in in Task Manager and order the list by disk usage, see what's using the disk so heavily.
