fps lowering

so i got this new pc and i had 60 fps on gta V but today when i playd i got like 30-50 anyone know why and how to fix this?

Specs? You may want to make sure your drivers are up to date, as well as windows. I would also make sure no background tasks that are running could be using your gpu or cpu resources

Yeah I would definitely do a driver update, maybe even use DDU to remove the current one fully and the install the newest one

ok so i did a DDU and i got geforce exp,ready driver
is that all of them
