Cpu choice

I'm building a desktop to run vm and kali linux for pentesting etc what should I go for 3900x or i9 9900ks I know the 3900x has better multitasking but I've read the Intel cpu have better support for kali and so better at running pentesting tools any feedback would be appreciated

for kali or should i say linux itself cpu isnt diffrent

but for gpu u will have a lot of problem using nvidia because i have nvidia card and amd card

driver support for nvidia is just mehh

even a hd 5670 and 1050 for normal usage 5670 will take the place
