Need your advice for a micro-atx case with TB3 and audio-mic jacks on front panel

kindofss

Hi all,

I need your suggestions on a new micro-atx case which have a thunderbolt3 and audio-mic jacks on the front panel.

We will use this for live streaming so we always carry it to our customers. Weight is also important.

We are using Vmix for streaming and recording so our reference specs are these: https://www.vmix.com/products/vmix-reference-systems.aspx#obsidian . 2080Ti may be too much so we can go 2060 or 1660 with our PC.

So far we have found https://www.amazon.com/RAIJINTEK-Ophion-Evo-ALS-Micro-ATX/dp/B07RM58MT3. There are no audio jacks on the front panel, and i am not definetly sure if that plug on the front panel is TB3 or Type-C.

Many thanks for your suggestions.

The only device with front panel thunderbolt is the new mac pro

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Thanks @Ben17. So i have nothing for now. :)

well u could add thunderbolt to any case though u would have to do it with a pci-e card and use a pcie slot on the motherboard

@Ben17 yes that is an option but the problem is if we provide the TB3 with a pci card, than it will be at the back side of the PC case.

And this PC case is in a hardcase which it is too hard to reach the back side of the PC whenever you need.

ah ok

I'll do a bit of research though you could use a extension cable for the thunderbolt
