Junction/VRAM temp monitor

Does all GPU support junction temp monitoring? I am using GTX 1060, and how could I monitor/ see junction/VRAM temperature?

there is a software called speccy. i think you can monitor the temps for you gpu in there

Speccy isn't the most accurate tool out there. If you want to see information from all the sensors your hardware has, use HWiNFO.
