4k hdr 400 usd and under

Just got a ps4 pro and wanted to get the best hdr 4k experience for movies and gaming.  Only play single player games so input lag don't matter.

 

Rely want the best hdr and Hertz I can afford.

You can't buy real HDR with 400 USD

The cheapest route to real HDR is an OLED TV and those are $1000
