Wraith spire bad noise

Hi guys

So my wraith spire cooler started making a very annoying and rather loud noise. Even when everything else in my PC is quiet, the spire makes an incredibly annoying grinding-ish noise like hrrrrrrrr

It's not THAT bad when playing a game because it gets somewhat drowned out by the fans and coil whine from my 1070Ti, but it's enough to drive me mad when I just want to watch a Youtube video or whatever.

Nothing is touching the cooler/fan and it's pretty clean.

As I said, it's driving me nuts and I'd love it if someone could help me.
