Back in the day you could make them without linking phone number... before youtube got merged into...

And if you leave the phone field blank, might work today too, just use another e-mail as a place to get the confirmation codes...

You can have them as much as you want, but be aware if you use too much the same number as confirmation, that might be blacklisted, and not be accepted anymore as such

I have I think 5. No issues yet. If you need more than that, and you're worried about it, just get another phone number.

I have hit the limit per phone number a number of times. I think the limit is based on how many made per week or something.

Phone 1 (Daily Driver): Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G
