2020 USB Modification

Do someone is having a idea how to change a Mini USB to USB C fully,not adapter or something 3rd party gadget,I opened up my phone back and i-ve removed the mini usb port but when i tried to put the usb c one is doesn-t fit and i dont want to broke the battery or something,any thoughts?

You can't just remove a micro USB port and replace it with a USB C port, it doesn't work like that. What phone do you have?
