Will the Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB cause RAM clearance issues.

Yes my Dom Plat was obstructing the fan closest to the first ram slot.

 

if you stick with only one fan on the left side it should be fine.

On topic. First slot will be blocked, but if you like, you can move fan to other side of the cooler.
