Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Connection Issues

So for christmas, my parents got me a pair of the razer hammerhead true wireless earbuds, along with a HomeSpot NSWITCH bluetooth adapter. My pc doesnt have bluetooth, but it does have front usb type c, which the bluetooth adapter (originally made for the switch) would plug into. For the first 2 times, my headphones connected just fine, however now whenever I try, my headphones just stay in a perpetual loop of "pairing" and wont connect. ive tried using the usb c to a adapter and it still wont work. any advice?

Have you tried going into the bluetooth settings and clicking "forget this device" or whatever similar option?

when i click on the bluetooth settings it tells me that i dont have an adapter, but i can see the homespot as a device. ive connected them while its like that before but it doesnt seem to want to lately
