Phone stuck in fastboot mode

Hi, My Redmi note 5(whyred) is stuck in fastboot mode. TWRP recovery works. Do I perform a wipe to fix it?

Let me guess, you just unlocked your bootloader, flashed TWRP. If thats the case you have to flash a ROM because encryption needs to be disabled and only way to do that is by wiping your entire NAND.

Wrong guess. I had my bootloader unlocked quite the time ago. I was just messing with ROM's today and after having too many glitches in it I restored my old backup. But since I restored it, the phone got stuck in the fastboot.
