Wraith Spire with RGB in Gigabyte X570UD

Hi! I'm new in this forum. I hope you can help me with this.

A couple days ago, I change the motherboard, cpu and ram. Plug in the rgb of the cooler in the only RGB header that has my motherboard (Gigabyte X570UD). I turn it on and work just fine. Then install RGB Fusion of Gigabyte (B20.0110.1) and dont show up the cpu. I can change the color of the RAM, but the color transition in each effect is awful, so I leave it by default.

The problem is that I downloaded every software (Auros, MSI, and a couple more), and don't recognize the rgb cooler of the cpu. Why is happening this? It's the motherboard? The software? I plugin in wrong?

 

Sory for my english, I from Argentina, and I learn english basically watching Linus.
