Unigine benchmarks not opening properly.

I've been trying an overclock on my evga gtx 960 ssc and have used the benchmarks before a few years ago on the same machine before a few system wipes.  When i try to open either heaven or valley the command prompt pops up very briefly once big and once smaller and then disappears.   Ive tried closing afterburner and rtss, reinstalling the c++ distributable x64 and x86 versions, reinstalling with a fresh installer and even running as administrator to no avail.   Searching the internet for a solution has so far been fruitless so I'm hoping someone with more experience than me may have ran into this before.

Make sure you have the correct c++ distributable x64 and x86 versions.

 

I have had this issue before and judging by the time here, the bottom 2 are the ones needed.
