Only two X570 boards have passove chipset cooling, the Aorus Xtreme and Aqua.

Definitely overkill, I dont think the chipset fan is as bad as people make it seem. May just need some new thermal paste what not.

So the strix-e is good or do i need a little bit better one? i may be enabling PBO but i am not sure yet definetly not manually oc tho

X570-E is enough, competitor of this board is the Gigabyte Aorus Master.
