What are these task manager processes?

Hello all!  I just booted my PC and got a message saying "How would you like to open this file?" and gave me a list of apps.  I tried opening it, but it said error, but it gave me the file name "Josh", my name.  I'm confused as to why a file would open called "Josh".

It's probably something you don't want to have. Use AdwCleaner and then, if you want to check what really starts with your system, use Autoruns.
