Hello,

I have a custom built PC at work and that PC is connected to the internet via ethernet cable. We do not have WiFi right now.
I am thinking of using the pc as a hotspot for my HoloLens development and other mobile devices.

I think i have to use a WiFi card or a USB WiFi adapter for this. Could anyone tell me if the USB WiFi adapter in the given link can be used for setting up my PC as a hotspot?

According to product description it can, but PC itself can block the signal pretty bad, so better connect it to the top front fast port if your computer does have a USB version 3 in front panel...Or you will have to turn PC sideways maybe...
