HELP ! I want to change fans in the front of my case its a  Cyberpower Onyxia II Gaming Case 

struggling how to take it off please advise

Look under the front panel. There may be an opening for your hand. Grasp and pull firmly from the case frame. There may also be plastic pins that reach into the case from the front panel that can be pinched to make it easier.
