Laptop battery sudden Wear

i was at 15% wear after one year. then last 2 hour i charge my laptop from below 10% and forgot to unplug till it reach 100% idle for one hour. and the battery goes 20% wear. wtf?

  Spec: Macbook Air 2017    

ProcessorPU: ii5 (I5-5350U |

Yep.  Battery “wear” isn’t linear.  It’s not worn away bits it’s dead or damaged bits

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
