I need a new laptop

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade from my current Dell Latitude E7450 to a laptop that is around 500-600 dollars. Here are the parameters:

  • 4 or more cores, AMD recommended, Intel is ok
  • Some very light video editing, I will have a rig just for editing videos
  • 14 inch or smaller
  • 3.8 lbs or lighter
  • Screen must be 1080p
  • 8 GB Memory or more
  • 2-in-1 preferred, but touchscreen is needed.
  • PD over USB-C would be appreciated, but not required, but battery life should be over 6 hours

Please send me some recommendations. Thanks!

BTW, Im considering: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Convertible-Touchscreen-Processor-81SS000DUS/dp/B07TWHYTSQ/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1Y8G5TZXBBKV0&keywords=lenovo+flex+14&qid=1580093312&sprefix=lenovo+flex+14%2Caps%2C189&sr=8-3

I highly recommend the Yoga 730, I was able to pick it up on sale for $579 at best buy a few months ago. Though, you may still be able to find it elsewhere (Newegg,Amazon etc) for around that price. I dont recommend the Surface, I support them at work, the Surface Pro 7 (latest iteration) is not upgrade-able, so you'll likely be over your budget if you were to get a custom built one. The only Surface devices that can be upgraded are the X and Laptop 3, of which i believe you can only upgrade the SSD, and regardless would be out of your budget to start with.
