RX5700XT Black screen issues

Since upgrading from my gtx 1070 to an rx5700xt I have been having random black screen issues which sometimes even results in my pc rebooting. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if so how did you fix it?

Did you completely unistall nvidias drivers and then installed amds drivers? Check if all psu cables are properly connected.

Sadly it's just AMD's crappy drivers... this has been going on for months already.

If you have already tried to use DDU to remove the old Nvidia drivers and possibly the AMD ones as well and then reinstalled the AMD drivers then I am afraid that the issue might be AMD's poor drivers for Navi at the moment. They are still working on a fix for the black screen issue.

In issues like this, a fresh re-install of Windows 10 will solve your problem 9.7 out of 10 times.

Well, Win10 couldn't care less about hardware changes. You can solve most issues without reinstall. That should always be the last option.
