AMD R9 390 not found?

Today I open my PC and my display that is connected to my GPU is not working.

I test to see if it's a monitor problem or a GPU problem. Turn out it's the GPU because the monitor works fine.

I try to update the driver and it tells me that it can't be done since not AMD GPU is detected.

Is the GPU plugged all the way in the Pcie connector?

Also check the power cable.
