What is my RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition???

Benjani88
So I bought an RTX 2080 ti Founders Edition and when it arrived I straight away thought I'd been scammed. What arrived was the shape and look of the correct model but without any "RTX 2080 ti" markings anywhere. Not between the fans or on the black plate. To make things even more confusing it has the green light up logo on the side....But it says "Gefore GTX" instead of "RTX". Now here is the weird part.....it's a genuine RTX 2080 ti! GPU Z confirms it and it performs like the real thing. For example when I play Far Cry 5 the frame rate is so high at times it becomes CPU bound. It overclocks like the real thing and when I actually opened it up to check the chip...yup! A1 "Made in Taiwan". As of now no one can give me any information about this. I just want to know if it is like a prototype or something. As far as I'm concerned I have a real RTX 2080 ti....it just looks wrong. Any information is greatly recieved.
