Compare multiple same photos that have different files names

So I have multiple folders that may or may not have the same photos in them (I'm not exactly sure as there's a lot of them).

 

So how do I compare the files to find the duplicate photos?

You can use manager software. Like Adobe Lightroom, Zoner Photo Studio, digiKam etc.
