5.1 surround speakers to TV

Hi there,
I have a 4k Veon TV in my room, but I want to hook up my 5.1 surround speakers to it, the 5.1 surround speakers has your standard stuff and has the three audio jacks to plug into a pc etc. How do i hook this up to the tv? I have a laptop which I use and it works fine, but the TV only has RCA L and R and Optical and HDMI and a usb port?

 

Any help would be awesome.
