Handbrake utilization on 3900x

so tried many codecs but none seem to use 100% on 3900x,some maybe reach 90% and then drop..its not a thermal prob or anything

is there a "trick" option i dont know or what?thnx

Bottleneck somewhere? Unless you're using light presets (veryfast for example) it should pin to 100% effortlessly

are you using NVENC or AMD VCE encoders?

What if you don't use that and force the CPU to encode the video on its own? I don't have anything fast enough to test whether NVENC bottlenecks the CPU though

apparently m4v exports with the given codecs had this result!
