Monitor displays no signal, but pc turns on?

So, when I start my PC all of the lights turn on and fans work. But nothing is displayed on my monitor.

What I have tried:

  1. New HDMI cable
  2. Made sure monitor worked
  3. Removing everything and putting it all back together
  4. New power supply
  5. New motherboard
  6. Tried reseting the cmos, although not sure if i did it correctly, I removed the battery and let it sit for 10ish minutes, and then put it back in.

Specs:
MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB Graphics Card
Intel Coffee lake Core I5 8400 Processor 8th Gen BX80684I58400
ASUS ROG Strix B360-G Gaming Micro ATX Motherboard Coffee lake
Ballistix Sport 16GB DDR4 RAM 2666
EVGA 650 BQ 80+ BRONZE Power Supply

I have yet to have any luck. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is this a new build? If it is, it sounds like the PC just isnt posting to me.

Check and see if there is a reset cmos button somewhere on your motherboard

Here are a bunch of different ways you can reset your cmos, the easiest way ive found to reset cmos is method 2 used in this video. You can just use a screwdriver to bridge the connection.

Main stuff idk

Laptop: Macbook Air M1 2020

Desktop/Gaming PC

OS: Win 11

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x

MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F

RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 16GB DDR4 3200

STORAGE: WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 1TB - Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SSD - WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM - Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM

GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 Super XC

PSU: Corsair TXM Gold 550W 80+

Other Stuff

Ok so i tried the second method, as this was the easiest for me as well, when I did this the pc turned on and then quickly off, then after about 3 seconds, it turned all on again, yet it still did not display anything to the monitor.

Dumb question, but is your HDMI plugged into your motherboard or your GPU?

There is no dumb question, and it is connected to the motherboard.

Plug it into the GPU, thats more than likely the issue.

Next thing I would try is check if all the power connectors are in correctly. Mainly the 24pin, CPU, and GPU ones, I've had friends overlook plugging in the CPU power connector so might want to start there.

So everything powers up yes? All fans spinning etc? What you can do is try to use different hdmi cable, or try to swap the sides (yes it did cause problems sometimes, I’ve seen it before).

Yes everything powers up, all lights and fans are spinning, it just does not show anything on the monitor. I tried both flipping the hdmi cord, and a new one, still no luck. I have also tested the monitor to make sure it works.
