Help please

Hi, i would love some insight from more experienced people than me. I'm planning on building a great PC for gaming but while I have done my research I'm still a noob at building PC's I want to use a nvidia rtx 2070 super GPU since I just bought a alienware monitor what's parts should I use only for the PC all the peripherals I already bought them.

I'm from Mexico but I prefer to buy it in the us and then bring it believe it or not it's cheaper
