Hi Guys - Looking at what i should upgrade - any suggestions ?

CPU, and board because worthwhile CPUs use different platfrom

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

A new Cpu would be a good upgrade and may help when paired with your GPU, I would suggest going with a better performing AMD Ryzen cpu and a new board to give better and cheaper upgrade paths for the future. The 6th and 7th gen Intel Cpu's are still too much money, but if you are ok with your performance for now, then maybe wait and see what happens in the future, but that may take a long while.
