Can i max out a ryzen 5 2600x with a b450 mobo?

So i have a ryzen 5 2600x and i also have msi b450 tomahawk max and i want to know if i can squeeze every single performance out of it.

With fast enough memory, yes

My memory is only running at 2933mhz. How much futher can i push it to. 

In the bios setting it has ram settings to 3900mhz but i dont know if that would work. Can i atleast do 3400mhz?

What's the advertised ram speed?

You have to test that yourself. I dont recommend going past 3600MHz though because the key is to also maintain low timings, which wont happen beyond 3600MHz (if even that)

How do i maintain lower timings with high speed memory?

You can try more memory voltage (up to 1.45V) and SOC voltage to 1.1V, but there's only so much you can do.
