Lg 34uc79g for 200$ but with a small problem, shall I take it?

Hello guys, my friend (i trust him) offered me lg 34uc79g 34" 144hz 1ms for 200 usd, new one in my country cost 650 usd but it has one problem 

He said its not broke but chip problem and it's fixable. 

What do you think guys? Shall i take it? Is it fixable?

don't, eventually the problem will spread and kill the whole screen.

the panel is clearly broken, not a chip, which is the product itself so it is not fixable

Haha, how on earth do you plan to fix that?
